Return & Exchange Window:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately. We will require photos of the damage for verification purposes. We need a proper unedited video while opening the package from beginning to end and any damages have to be shown in the video itself to initiate an exchange or return otherwise we can’t go with the further process.
Seller Error: Got the wrong item? No worries! We’ll gladly arrange a return for the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra cost. Contact us to initiate the hassle-free exchange process.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags attached.
Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).
Return Process:
Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.

Request Approval: In your email, please specify the reason for your return/exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
Return Shipment: Once you receive the return label, please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.
Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
