Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arya Collections. We aim to provide you with high-quality Indian clothing and a seamless shopping experience. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a refund or exchange under specific conditions.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

  • Exchange is available within 5 days of delivery for eligible orders.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • ✅ If any product is received damaged or if a wrong saree/product is delivered, a refund will be given or an exchange can be arranged.

  • 🚫 Refund or exchange applies only for wrong or damaged products.

  • ❌ No refund or exchange will be provided for size, color, or design preferences.


3. Product Condition

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Any product that shows signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.


4. Proof Required

  • Customers must provide a proper unedited unboxing video from start to finish as proof.

  • The damage or wrong product must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless damaged or incorrect).


6. Return & Refund Process

  1. Request Approval

    • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page.

    • Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and unboxing proof.

  2. Review & Confirmation

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. Return Shipping

    • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damaged or wrong products.

  4. Refund / Exchange Processing

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 business days, or the exchange product will be dispatched.


7. Important Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted without valid proof.

  • If there is no damage or wrong product, no refund or exchange will be provided.

  • All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Arya Collections.

  • This policy is effective from 19-09-2024 and may be updated without prior notice.
