Customers must provide a proper unedited unboxing video from start to finish as proof.

The damage or wrong product must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless damaged or incorrect).
